Doctor Biography

Dr. M. Majumder MD. Ph.D. currently working as a Consultant Ophthalmologist & Phaco Surgeon of Bangladesh Eye Hospital, Chittagong. He obtained his MD from Kharkov State Medical University of former USSR in 1982. He completed two years Fellowship in Ophthalmology in the year 1984 from above mentioned University. Dr. M. Majumder achieved Ph.D in Ophthalmology from Oddessa Filatov Scientific Research Eye Institute & Tissue Therapy in 1988.

Dr. M. Majumder was trained in Ophthalmic Microsurgery from Chittagong Eye Infirmary & Training Complex in 2000.

He also trained in Phaco Surgery from SUSRUT Eye Hospital & Research Center, India in 2015. He served in Lions Charitable Eye Hospital, Chittagong for 26 years.
